Specialties:
OVERHEAD ATHLETE
10 years at TMI Sports Med ( home of the Texas Rangers) gave Shelby an extensive background of rehab for overhead athletes. Return to pitching for UCL surgery and treatment of commonly seen injuries in tennis, baseball, and volleyball are her specialty. You can catch her on the tennis court for some extra practice!
ACL RECONSTRUCTION
Nothing is quite as heartbreaking to an athlete than hearing you need ACL surgery. Over 10 years of treating these long recoveries, Shelby will guide you at every step back to field or court. She uses force plate assessments to provide asymmetry testing, reactive strength metrics, and readiness for return to sport. She will provide this data to your surgeon for return to sport success.
